Exercises of this nature can improve the body's ability to interact with the environment in which it lives, taking care of every aspect: strength, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance. Thus an increase in muscle strength, the capacity of the stabilising structures and the proprioceptive ligamentous capacity and a densification of the connective structures are obtained.
The exercises performed with isotonic machines guide the muscular movement imposing a specific articular mobility, in symmetry, establishing the path of movement in advance.

The direct and continuous support of a trainer is not necessary as the machine replaces it. In our club, however, trainers are always present who support, control and help to learn the correct movements and use of equipment.
Sensitive improvement of the coordinating component of the athlete as well as metabolic conditioning. Using different modes of execution, different rates of muscle contraction, improves the coordination between the various muscle groups and an optimal range of movement. With the widespread use of the stability exercises that tend to rebalance, the proprioception systems are activated with the involvement of all the muscles, and even with low loads it is possible to cause a high electrical activation increasing the performance of the athlete.

Our selected trainers will follow your every single movement, working with extreme care on the correct posture.
During the classes more instructors will be present in order to guarantee the right attention even during non-individual training sessions.
With our training method in two / three sessions a week you will realize what you previously had in 4-5 sessions.
In each workout you will use all the muscles of your body at 360°; while previously you set your training program by breaking down into muscle group; one day you trained 2/3 muscle groups, the next day another 2/3 and so on until you have to take at least 4-5 days to train the whole body.
Now in one session you can work from 70% up on all your muscles, doing so in only 2 to 3 workouts per week you will achieve excellent results, in a short time and in a few months you will be able to achieve what you previously achieved after a year and beyond.
